generous bathroom friendly staff helpful staff
the rooms was big. the bathroom was also a generous size and the shower was good. the staff was always friendly and helpful.
the parking garage wasn't directly attached, requiring a short walk.

The room was clean. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. The bed was huge and soft!!! The location is strategic.

room cleaning broken air conditioning
the location was acceptable. it was near the train station.
My room was not cleaned. the beds were not made, and the towels were not changed. when i inquired, i was informed i needed to request daily cleaning. Apparently this is just 'the germany' way. i did get new towels after i asked, though. the air conditioning did not work, so it was hard to sleep.

a good urban retreat

The location worked so well. It was just a short walk to the train station and several dining options. i especially loved the proximity to shopping centers. our room on the quiet floor was very clean. but the staff was wonderfully helpful.

The room included air conditioning. The walk-in shower was also very convenient. I also appreciated the location near the train station. It made getting around very easy. The shopping center nearby had many food options.
The breakfast area could get a bit crowded at times.

The location proved quite convenient. I found the proximity to both the main train station and the u-bahn station very useful. A nearby shopping center offered various dining options..
The cleanliness left something to be desired. I saw hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The air conditioning unit was loud. Its noise was noticeable even with the windows closed. This made it hard to sleep..
